Pulse filter cartridge dust collector (JSDC-C)
Producet Introduction
Dust-laden flue gas enters the room through the suction pipeline under the negative pressure generated by the fan. As dust continuously deposits on the surface of the filter element, the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter element increases accordingly. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value (600-1800Pa), the pulse valve controlling the compressed air opens, and oil-free, dry compressed air flows into the back-blowing cleaning system through the air pipe. High-pressure airflow from the rotary cleaning mechanism instantly sprays onto the inner surface of the filter element, blowing off the dust particles deposited on the outer surface of the filter element. The dust detaches from the filter element surface under the action of the airflow and falls into the ash collection box due to gravity, thereby removing dust from the entire surface of the filter element.
