Product Introduction
A:Continuous operation of the painting system prevents paint sludge sedimentation and eliminates tank-cleaning shutdowns. Circulating spray water undergoes rapid reaction and separation in the equipment; sludge is promptly recovered, and the discharged water is clear with significantly reduced COD and other harmful substances.
B:Maximizes paint mist flocculant (AB agent) efficacy and cuts consumption: Automatic, precise metered and timed dosing ensures full reaction between the agent and wastewater.
C:No modification to spray booth or circulating water system required: The rapid reaction separator adopts bypass-type separation and purification, installable beside the spray booth, thus obviating the need for large wastewater sedimentation tanks.
D:Removes wastewater discoloration and odor: Integrated sterilization, deodorization and AB agent dosing units quickly eliminate discoloration and odor, keeping circulating water clear and spray shop air fresh.

Application Industries
It is widely used in the circulating wastewater treatment of spray booths, water curtain cabinets, waste gas treatment spray towers and large-scale circulating water tanks. The matched AB agent meets the treatment requirements of wastewater containing paint, paint sludge and paint mist, such as water¬based paint, oil-based paint, metallic paint and wood paint.
