Principle Introduction

This dust collector works in side-suction, top-discharge internal circulation mode. Designed to meet production needs, it improves workplace conditions by ensuring operator safety, emission compliance, reliable operation and easy maintenance. Dust-laden gas enters the cabinet via the inlet, is dispersed around filter bags by the deflector, and dust is trapped on bag surfaces. Purified gas exits through the outlet. As dust builds up, bag permeability drops and resistance rises. The pulse controller activates solenoid valves sequentially, blasting compressed air into bags to shake off dust into the ash hopper. The push-pull ash hopper enables quick cleaning, with a top discharge plate ensuring full dust collection.
